My Year Of Dreams, Challenges, And Light

Everyday out here on the PCT humbles me more and more.

This year has truly been a dream, and we aren’t even half way through it!

I’ve been to Alaska, the BVI, tested my limits in all different ways, and now I’m hiking almost 700 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail, where I'm getting even more out of light and life.

Before I left for my hike, I got to see another dream come to fruition. I visited Citizen Watch’s Time Square Flagship Store, where I currently have my own display of everything that inspires me, and truly exemplifies how I get the most out of light. How cool is that?!

My partnership with Citizen Watch has allowed me to explore all the things that inspire me, and push myself to explore even more. A constant through all of this has been light.

Whether it's harnessing the sun's light to power an iconic watch like my ECO-DRIVE SATELLITE WAVE WATCH, or fighting your way out of life's tough obstacles, the light we use and connect to will always serve us far better than any darkness ever will.

When I first had the opportunity to partner with Citizen Watch to showcase their incredible line of Eco-Drive Watches, I thought I was going to get to show you guys some beautiful, timeless, and affordable watches. However, what I didn’t realize is that I was going to have the opportunity to merge my passion for fashion, fitness, and mindfulness in such a beautiful and effortless way.

Like Citizen Watch’s line of Eco-Drive Watches, I consistently look to better myself.

Finding the light in nature and within has allowed me to discover my own fresh determination to perform at my best, keep the passion for more burning inside of me, and remind me that no one but myself can stand in my way. All these things are key mantras of the Citizen Watch Brand, and why I felt so connected to this amazing collaboration.

Like these iconic Eco-Drive Watches, I aim for my message of light and love to be timeless, beautifully crafted from the inside out, and the outside in, and obtainable, but not without a lot of hard work.

As I continue my epic hike across the Pacific Crest Trail for charity, I’m reminded of not only the time thanks to my ECO-DRIVE SATELLITE WAVE WATCH, but also that with each step I take we are all part of something much bigger.

I started this journey equal parts nervous and excited, but as the days have passed, I’m only growing more and more in touch with my own light, and feeling stronger, happier, and more understanding of how important it is to keep looking for that big bright light.

Remember that no feat is too grueling, too hard, or too daunting as long as you’re willing to put in the hard work, dedication, and never-ending persistence.

I hope by showing all of you how I get the most out of light, you too will feel inspired to do the same.

If you’re in New York, make sure you head over to Citizen Watch in Time Square, located at Times Square Studios 1500 Broadway, New York, NY 10036, to check out my display and all the things that inspire the light inside of me. It will be up through June, and I would love to share this experience with as many of you as possible. It truly is an honor to share this journey with all of you, and encourage each one of you to find out how you get the most of out light.

Much love as always!
