Sesamed Vegetables

A quick, easy and flavorful side or snack.

Celery, carrots and peppers are easy staples to keep in your home, and can be prepared in a variety of ways, or simply eaten raw.

I love eating these things on their own, but sometimes you want to bump up the flavor, and I've found Pure Sesame Oil is an awesome option to do this.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Red Pepper
  2. 1 Heart of Celery
  3. 30 Baby Carrots
  4. Kadoya Pure Sesame Oil
  5. A pinch of black pepper and Pink Himalayan Salt

Prepare:

  1. Dice up each vegetable (as much as you want of each).
  2. Add to bowl
  3. Add Kadoya Pure Sesame Oil
  4. Add S+P
  5. Mix and refrigerate till ready to eat.
