  • 1 minute HAMMER CURLS X 30 seconds rest X 2 Times
  • 30 seconds fast HIGH KNEES X 30 seconds rest X 3 Times
  • 30 seconds DIAMOND or REGULAR PUSH UPS X 30 seconds rest X 3 Times
  • 2 minutes AB ROWS X 1 minute rest X 2 Times

Once every move is done 10 times and each hold for 30 seconds, you start all the way again from the beginning.
